About the role
As a Junior Business Controller, you will support our Routes & Intermodal Business Partner team by contributing to financial controlling and analysis activities that drive performance and operational excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting cost and revenue accounting processes of train lines, including invoicing, supplier/customer invoice control, and reconciliations.
- Monitoring monthly budget and forecast variances, preparing P&Ls, KPIs, and other financial reports.
- Participating in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Managing customer pricing and related data (unit types, weight limits, fill rates, profitability.
- Identifying business development opportunities through data analysis.
- Performing additional controlling duties as needed.
You will report directly to Irmak Göksu, Routes & Intermodal Business Partner, and be part of a team of five professionals who work closely together in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About you

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative, adaptable, and business-minded approach.
