In This Role, You Will
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Project Manager to join the Logistics Transformation Office and play a key role in delivering the Boost Framework across Türkiye.
This position will serve as the local transformation lead, acting as the primary liaison between local operations and the global Logistics Transformation Office. The successful candidate will ensure structured execution of strategic initiatives, maintain strong governance, provide executive-level project visibility, and drive measurable business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of transformation initiatives within the Boost Framework, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
Act as the local Transformation Office representative and the key point of contact between Turkish stakeholders and the global Logistics Transformation Office.
Drive Operational Excellence and Business Optimization initiatives across logistics operations.
Establish and maintain strong project governance, including project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.
Prepare high-quality Steering Committee (SteerCo) materials, executive presentations, decision papers, and regular project status reports.
Monitor project progress, benefits realization, KPIs, and value creation, ensuring leadership has clear visibility of project performance.
Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and decision forums while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders to maintain momentum and secure successful project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence, Supply Chain, Logistics, PMO, or Management Consulting.
Experience managing cross-functional business transformation or operational improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and structured project delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and executive-level communication.
Experience preparing executive presentations, Steering Committee materials, and management reporting.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar project management/continuous improvement certifications are considered an advantage.
