About the role  

You will be responsible for the

• Support operational communication and information flow between customers, local authorities, and international agencies.

• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and operational challenges.

• Help prepare weekly/monthly voyage position lists and operational reports.

• Follow up on vessel loading/unloading operations and intermodal service schedules.

• Support sales and finance departments with monthly account settlements and invoicing processes.   

About you 

• 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student during the 2026-2027 academic year (preferably in Maritime Studies, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration).

• Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week during the academic semester.

• Minimum upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal).

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
