About the role
As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting on-brand, engaging, and impactful content across always-on, campaign, lifecycle, and enablement assets.
You’ll also act as a key local coordinator, supporting the BU Med team with internal and external marketing, communications, and administrative tasks.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Content creation & localisation
Write and adapt compelling content for both global and local/regional audiences, ensuring cultural and language relevance,
Create content across web, email, social media, paid media, and other channels, while maintaining editorial standards and a unified tone of voice,
Develop and manage case studies, testimonials, press releases, and other enablement assets to support campaigns and storytelling efforts.
Testing & content excellence
Contribute to the functional content strategy by supporting testing initiatives and driving continuous improvement in content performance,
Ensure content aligns with brand standards, messaging frameworks, and best practices to deliver impactful results.
Visual content coordination
Collaborate with regional photo/videographers to produce scalable, channel-optimised visual content and manage local photo/video productions in line with brand standards.
Media & advertising management
Manage press and media relations, including local media contacts and agency relationships.
Internal communications & administration
Assist with internal communications, local branding efforts and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with global strategies and addressing regional needs.
You’ll be part of the global Content and Brand team, working in a collaborative and dynamic environment that values creativity, precision, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Brand Strategy Lead, you’ll work closely with regional and global teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and delivers maximum impact.
Leveraging AI tools and resources, you’ll also play a key role in driving consistency, quality, and innovation across all content and operations.
About you

Key skills and qualifications:
Exceptional writing skills tailored to various audiences and touchpoints in both English and Turkish,
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation,
Strong understanding of brand storytelling and content marketing principles,
Ability to create and source content for multiple channels, including social media,
Experience using AI tools to produce accurate, scalable content,
Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage local initiatives and support the BU Med team.
Experience required:
3+ years of experience in a content creation or related marketing/communications role,
Proven experience using AI tools for content production,
Ability to collaborate with and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and local partners.
