About the role
- Entering the new vessel scheduling times and new voyages into the relevant systems.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting vessel arrival times.
- Regularly tracking and updating the vessel fuel consumption table.
- Providing support to managers when needed.

About you
- Preferably a student or recent graduate of Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering,
- Available to work in the office at least 3 days a week,
- Possesses an intermediate or higher level of English proficiency,
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs,
- Detail-oriented, organized, and good at following up on operational processes,
- A team player with strong communication skills,
- Open to self-improvement and eager to learn,
- Able to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities accurately and on time,
- Strong analytical thinking skills,
- Result-oriented mindset,
- Ability to take initiative,
- Planning and organizational skills.
