About the role  

•  Entering the new vessel scheduling times and new voyages into the relevant systems.

•    Regularly monitoring and reporting vessel arrival times.
• Regularly tracking and updating the vessel fuel consumption table.
• Providing support to managers when needed.

About you 

• Preferably a student or recent graduate of Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering,
• Available to work in the office at least 3 days a week,
• Possesses an intermediate or higher level of English proficiency,
• Proficient in Excel and other MS Office programs,
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good at following up on operational processes,
• A team player with strong communication skills,
• Open to self-improvement and eager to learn,
• Able to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities accurately and on time,
• Strong analytical thinking skills,
• Result-oriented mindset,
• Ability to take initiative,
• Planning and organizational skills.
