In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering expert guidance on HR matters and ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, and implement HR strategies that support our growth and operational goals.
- Lead efforts to strengthen employee engagement, promote our company values, and enhance workplace culture, ensuring that DFDS remains an inspiring workplace.
- Champion talent development initiatives, identifying opportunities for career progression and supporting our teams in achieving their full potential.
- Contribute to the evolution of our HR practices, ensuring they reflect best practices and are tailored to DFDS's needs as an industry leader.
- Play an integral role in driving organizational change and workforce planning, ensuring that our people strategies align with DFDS’s long-term business objectives.
About you
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles, particularly in IT and Finance environments, with a strong background in business partnership, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels and influence key stakeholders.
- 4-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
