Financial Business Analyst

About the role
As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Business Partnering team and closely work with operational & financial controlling teams with a real and active partnership mindset to be a trusted financial adviser and add value that will assist in the decision-making process of the management. You will also have a leading role within the financial area, which includes proactively driving change and initiating efficiency improvements.
You will be responsible for;
- Prepare monthly management reports including forecasting, actual reporting, and variance analysis for the operational activities,
- Making financial analysis to determine and understand the present performance of the operational activities, and support stakeholders,
- Support and prepare budget/forecast processes of the operational activities,
- Working closely with the financial controlling and accounting teams during closing periods,
- Prepare, develop and improve ongoing internal reporting tools and prepare and interpretation of relevant KPI’s,
- Participate in the financial analysis of projects related to new initiatives & businesses as well as improvements to current activities,
- Be a part of developing our systems & processes (Dynamics implementation, Power BI and Tableau reporting tools etc).
About you
- Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering,
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in controlling departments in multinational companies,
- Good IFRS and financial controlling knowledge,
- Extensive experience in budgeting & planning and strong analytical skills
- Have a very good command of English,
- Have good communication and analytical skills, results-oriented and a good team player,
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
